PTO
The PTO and other parent volunteers play significant roles in organizing and running events, programs and activities at Ed Pastor Elementary School. Parents interested in volunteering are encourage to call the school office at 627.6981 and ask for Cynthia Casas, Parent Liaison. The areas in which the PTO is involved include the following:
- Advising Principal about Parent Issues
- Fund Raising and Financial Assistance
- New Family Contact
- Parent Committees
- Materials Preparation
- Organizing Grade-level Events
- Special School Events and Activities
Meetings
PTO meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 PM in the EPES gymnasium.
Meetings feature grade-level presentations, student of the month presentations and may include speakers and are open to the Ed Pastor community.
The PTO coordinates fund raisers and plans community events at Ed Pastor.
All events serve to enhance a child's experience while at Ed Pastor.
